  2. Dealing with Left: This is the basic and most important dealing rule in poker. As a dealer, you need to deal with the first card to the person on the left. They are also known as the small blind. The dealing will continue in clockwise form.
  3. Face-Down Cards: The hole cards are given to every player on the table. However, you need to deal with the cards face-down. Only the players are allowed to see the cards. You can either adopt the American style or the European style of dealing with the cards. In American style, you directly put the card face down in front of the player. In European style, you keep the card face down and push it towards the payer.
  4. Dealer Button: During online poker games, the person who is the dealer in the round gets a button. It indicates that the player is acting as a dealer. It also indicates that the player will be the last to act. The dealer button circulates on the table. Every player on the table will get a chance to manage the table.
  5. Managing Pot: The dealer has to manage the pot while playing poker. They have to make sure each player is putting correct bet amount in the pot. They also have to check the bets. They are responsible for the smooth flow of the betting rounds.
  6. Burn & Turn: The dealer has to burn and turn the car before dealing with community cards on the table. It means, they have to remove the top card and put it face down on the pile. Only after that, they can deal with three community cards face-up on the table.
  7. Award Pot: After the showdown, the dealer has to make sure the winner gets the pot money. They need to award the pot money to the player with the strongest hand in the game. Some poker sites offer a variety of games where you may practise and win big money.
